Come join us at La Mesa and experience “ILLUMINE”, a two week silent art auction, in partnership with Kickstart Art in Mae Sot launching Saturday, August 22. Migrant Burmese Artists from Mae Sot, Thailand and artists from Bangkok, Thailand are collaborating on an art show on the theme of Light to raise funds to support refugee artists in Mae Sot. The ILLUMINE show will be open August 22nd-September 5th, you can visit the Expo durning La Mesa's regular business hours from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Sunday to see the pieces and place your bids. All proceeds will go to Kickstart Art in Mae Sot, Thailand. Make sure to join us September 5th for a closing night of beautiful art, delicious food, and live music at La Mesa Coffee Company, in partnership with a capstone project by Julian Mills.
