Soul vocals and acoustic instruments (played by some of Nashvilles heaviest session musicians) combine for a fresh, funky irresistibly joyful sound that is equal parts bluegrass, disco, and RnB. Slap Dragon played their first show on June 1st, 2024 to an enthusiastic crowd in Nashville, followed by a set at Bonnaroo. Slap Dragon has begun gaining traction onlineincluding a recent Instagram clip of Already Won surpassing 260k views. Following their successful Kickstarter campaign in October 2025, Slap Dragon is set to release their anticipated debut album, Mission Statement, in 2026. This event is 21 and over.
