The Balcony level is only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator. Ages 2 and over require a ticket. Children under 2 years do not need a ticket and must sit on parent or guardian lap. If the patron arrive without a wheelchair and have tickets for wheelchair location, they WILL NOT BE ACCOMODATED.
