Recognizing and expressing anger with somatic therapy for Women

**Women only event.** **Cameras will need to be ON at the beginning to create a safe space.** **A guided exploration of anger as a somatic experience, how to notice it in the body and release it safely.** I will first talk about how today's society shapes women to suppress anger and not to speak up, and how this affects our health and chronic physiological symptoms. Then we will explore somatic cues for anger and how to give more space to it.
