Free Women's Self Defense Class

Do you have a daughter heading off to college who you wish felt a little more confident knowing how to protect herself? Or maybe you’re someone who walks or runs alone, travels for work, or finds yourself walking to your car alone at night and you’ve thought, “I really should know what to do if I ever found myself in an unsafe situation.” This is for you. ❤️ On Sunday, September 20, we’re hosting a FREE 90-minute Women’s Self-Defense Class at Geneva Commons, taught by Marciea Allen, former UFC fighter and co-owner of LadyStrong Fitness. This is open to ALL women in the community, you do not need to be a LadyStrong member and absolutely no previous experience is needed. 📅 Sunday, September 20 ⏰ 9:00–10:30 AM 📍 Geneva Commons 💚 Completely FREE Bring your daughter.
