I have first heard of her when her debut "Booksmart" came out in 2019, an original, smart and genuinely funny comedy.* *The Invite has received even better reviews. It's a dialog-driven comedy with only a small cast of well-known actors (Penélope Cruz, Edward Norton, Seth Rogen, and Olivia Wilde herself).* *"Joe and Angela's marriage is on thin ice. When they invite their enigmatic upstairs neighbours for a dinner party, the night spirals into unexpected places." (imdb)* *I've heard it is a remake of the 2020 Spanish film "Sentimental" (aka "The People Upstairs") if you've seen that one.* *I guess it will be a **fun** night out!* We will meet at 7:00 p.m. in the foyer of the LVR Landesmuseum. Based on past experience, we will enter the auditorium by 7:20 p.m. at the latest. The film will begin at 7:30 p.m. Runtime is 107 minutes. **You can't buy tickets online yet. I will buy the ticket at the venue on the day of the event anyway, as they are no seat reservations, and it's unlikely to sell out.** After that, we can go for a drink in DelikArt or Salönchen.
